Location: the hotel was close to most attractions with easy walk, metro stations and multiple bus lines, as well as great restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets nearby and stores, restaurants, and cafes.

Our room at Casa Consell Bailen, Guest House was clean and spacious with a shared kitchen that was very useful. The staff was friendly and responsive, offering assistance via Whatsapp. The location was excellent, within walking distance of major tourist attractions and close to the subway. Despite some drawbacks like noise and a tricky key pickup, I would recommend this hotel overall.

The building and room could use some updates, as they appeared older and less attractive than depicted in the photos. The lack of ventilation in the kitchen resulted in a lingering smell of food in the hallway, which sometimes reached our room.

The rooms at Casa Consell Bailen Guest House are beautifully air-conditioned, keeping me comfortable during my stay. I loved having a private bathroom with a refreshing shower and free toiletries. The view from the triple room was simply amazing. Plus, the soundproofing in the double room ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Some rooms even have a terrace, which is a great bonus. The desk and safety deposit box in the air-conditioned rooms were really handy.

Personally, I wished the rooms had more storage space, but that's just my preference.
